How We Work
We are a small, hands-on team delivering professional carpentry and bespoke home improvements for homeowners across Norwich and Norfolk. We work on everything from staircase renovations and kitchen fitting to garden rooms and individually designed carpentry, bringing the same care and attention to detail to every project.
Every project starts with a conversation about what you're looking to achieve, followed by a free site visit so we can see the space, take accurate measurements and talk through what's practical. From there, we agree a plan and provide a quotation before any work begins.
We believe good carpentry comes down to careful planning and attention to detail; from an accurate first measurement through to the finished result. It's an approach that applies whether the project is a single staircase repair or a full home renovation.
The Kind of Work We Take On
We undertake a wide range of residential carpentry and property-improvement projects, including:
Some projects are straightforward, others more involved, but each one is planned and finished with the same level of care.
Attention to Detail
The difference between an average finish and a good one is often in the details that aren't immediately obvious: a level worktop, a flush joint, a handrail that feels right underhand.
We take the time to get these details right, because they're what make a finished project feel properly complete rather than just done.
Three details we never rush
Working Across Norwich and Norfolk
We're based in Norfolk and carry out carpentry projects across Norwich and the surrounding area. Much of our work comes through recommendation and word of mouth, and we value the relationships built with customers on repeat and referred projects.
Projects further afield may also be considered, depending on the type and scale of the work.
Getting in Touch
Whatever stage your project is at, from an early idea to a firm plan, we're happy to talk it through. You can reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp, whichever is easiest for you.
